Nathan Reich is a documentary filmmaker and musician whose original work has been featured in The New York Times and screened internationally at festivals; including Sheffield Doc Fest, Slamdance, and Full Frame among others. He also is an accomplished cinematographer whose camera work has been featured in Netflix, HBO and Discovery ID releases including the Emmy award winning series, Last Chance U.

Originally from the San Francisco East Bay, he holds an MFA in Documentary Film from Stanford University, a Certificate in Documentary Media Studies from The New School, and a BM from the Berklee College of Music. His most recent documentary work, The Warming Shed, portrays a remote cattle ranching family as they struggle through calving season during the harsh Montana winter.

Since 2010 Nathan has also been a professional musician and recorded five albums, toured extensively internationally, and his songs have been licensed worldwide including on NBC's acclaimed series Parenthood, NPR, MTV and Spotify Official Playlist. He has toured and played guitar for many bands including Foreign Fields and TV Star turned musician, David Duchovny.
